The first step in onboarding any new PPC account is to have the client complete questionnaires not only about PPC, but also about their target buyers and competition. We're more than PPC managers; we're marketing strategists who approach any marketing challenge holistically.

The first thing we do is always assess and evaluate the current state of the PPC account we're taking over. Based on years of account analysis, Vital developed a custom PPC account audit process and checklist. This audit assists us in identifying low-hanging fruit opportunities as well as potential red flags. We break down the current account to learn as much as we can from past performance, and then use that as a baseline for all KPIs.

It's critical to get things started on the right foot. Every new client receives a kickoff meeting with the entire team to go over our timeline and go over each step of the setup process. This meeting is also used for discovery, as we go over completed questionnaires.

If we're running a search campaign, the next step would be to conduct keyword research (based on any missing opportunities found in the audit). Before entering keywords into the account, we divide our proposed new keyword list into groups and submit it to the client for approval.

This process includes optimizing all of the account settings, including Campaign setup, Ad Group setup, Ad Copywriting & Testing setup, Match Type setup, Extensions setup, Bids setup, Goal Tracking setup, Call Tracking setup, Ad Design (for display and remarketing campaigns), Negative Keywords setup, and Audience/In Market Targeting setup.

Writing PPC ads requires a combination of art and science. The ads must be persuasive, informative, and direct while remaining within strict character limits. Fortunately, Leap Web Services has a team of skilled copywriters who have been creating PPC ads for years. We also test ad copy on a regular basis to see what works best, so we have a wealth of data to draw from.

If we're running display campaigns, Leap will create multiple flights of ads in the recommended ad size dimensions of the chosen ad platform. Our advertisements are intended to be appealing and eye-catching while still representing our clients' brands.

The advertisements are only half of the equation. To have meaningful PPC success, the ads must direct users to a conversion-oriented landing page. Leap will assist you in writing, designing, and developing best practices landing pages for your campaigns. Each client receives a personalized dashboard report from our team. To start, Leap imports all historical data, which is then updated monthly in our main dashboard report. Important metrics reports in plain English. We take pride in reporting in your company's language (leads, sales), and we never try to mislead you with vanity metrics. On a monthly basis, we provide and review reports with clients. Having said that, you will always have full access to your account and will be able to log in at any time to review metrics.

It's critical that we keep our clients up to date on the status of their PPC campaigns. As a result, we plan weekly (or monthly) calls/meetings to provide status updates. The size and budget of the campaign will determine whether a weekly check in is required or if a monthly check in is sufficient.
